Motoraas Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to MOToraas (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By becoming a MOToraas member and using our services, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, you must not subscribe or use our services.
2. Services Provided
MOToraas provides an annual car maintenance subscription that includes, but is not limited to:
- Annual MOT test
- Full annual car service
- Monthly car washes
- Oil top-ups
- Breakdown cover
- Access to a digital service record
Services are provided through MOToraas’ partner network of garages and providers.
3. Membership & Payments
- Membership costs £50 per month unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are collected monthly in advance via secure online payment.
- Your subscription will continue until cancelled by you, subject to the cancellation terms below.
4. Membership Benefits
Membership entitles you to services as outlined at the time of signup.
Specific benefits may vary depending on your subscription plan.
Membership services are not transferable to other vehicles or persons unless approved by MOToraas.
5. Cancellations & Final Payment Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days’ notice via email to contact@motoraas.co.uk.
Important Cancellation Clause:
- If you cancel after using services whose standard retail value exceeds the total amount you have paid under your subscription,
you will be required to pay the difference. - Retail value will be calculated based on the full, non-discounted rates normally charged for the service.
- Any final amount due will be invoiced and must be paid within 14 days of cancellation.
Example:
If you have paid £150 in subscription fees but have already received services worth £300 at retail price,
you would owe £150 upon cancellation.
This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of the membership benefits.
6. Changes to Services or Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust services, benefits, or pricing.
You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any material changes.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Maintaining valid insurance, road tax, and legal status for your vehicle.
- Attending booked service appointments or giving reasonable notice if changes are required.
- Keeping your contact information up to date.
8. Liability
MOToraas is not responsible for any damage or losses arising directly or indirectly from services provided by partner garages or third-party providers.
However, we carefully select our partners to maintain a high standard of service.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or extreme weather.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
